Custom Integration Details
Based on use case, Modulus Data’s Oracle HCM with ADP turnkey connector comes in three flavors: New Hires from Oracle HCM to ADP; employee updates from Oracle HCM to ADP, and custom fields from Oracle HCM to ADP. You pay only for the use case or connections that you need.
Additionally, Modulus Data offers a custom version and turnkey version for the first two use case connectors.

Turnkey Integration Details
Some businesses can use the turnkey version. This lower-priced option works with standard field names and standard data syntax. The turnkey option is a complete integration that involves no custom mapping from Modulus Data experts.
As long as your business matches the standard data field names and syntax in both Oracle HCM and ADP, you can use the turnkey option to complete your integration. Additionally, if your internal team would like to change the data field names in Oracle HCM and/or ADP to match a turnkey connector’s data field requirements, you can also use a turnkey version.

As soon as a hiring manager presses the new hire button in Oracle HCM, new hire data is automatically synced in ADP with essential information needed to process payroll in real-time.
Employee Updates from Oracle HCM to ADP
As soon as current employee data is changed in Oracle HCM, the data is automatically updated in ADP in real time. This ensures that all employee data needed to process payroll is up-to-date for current employees.
